The syncing part mostly does what it’s supposed to, which is nice, and I haven’t had too much trouble getting things to update. But then every now and then I’ll check the data and some of the numbers don’t quite match, which is confusing. Not a huge deal every time, but it does make me stop and double-check things, especially after an update...

"Kind of helps me stay on track"
I’ve tried sticking to plans before and I usually fall off after like a week or so. Simple has been helpful because it keeps me checking in and seeing some progress, which makes a difference. The reminders feel more like a small nudge than something annoying. It just makes me feel a bit more accountable without having to think too much about it

"Nutrition advice felt a bit too basic for me"
I tried My Simple because I was hoping for more personalized nutrition guidance, but a lot of the advice felt generic. It was things like drink more water, eat more protein, and cut back on snacks. None of that is bad advice, of course, but after using a couple of food tracking and coaching apps in the past, it felt like stuff I already knew.
The app itself was easy enough to use, so I don’t really have complaints there. I just didn’t feel like the food tips really connected with my actual routine or goals. For the price, I expected something a little more tailored. It might be helpful if you’re just starting out, but it didn’t add much for me.

"Canceling was a little slow"
I was able to cancel in the end, so that part worked, but it took longer than I thought it would. I had to check in once to make sure it was actually moving along. Not a huge deal, and maybe I was just expecting it to be instant, but it still felt kind of slow.

"Meal tracking just feels right"
I’ve been using mysimple.us to log my meals, my gut says it’s one of the better trackers I’ve tried. Even when I type things in quickly or kind of messy, it usually figures out what I mean and gets it close. It makes the whole tracking thing feel way less annoying, which is probably why I’ve actually stuck with it. So far, I’m really happy with it...

"The AI coach on mysimple.us was okay..."
The AI coach on mysimple.us was okay overall. It gave me some useful quick tips and reminders when I needed a little motivation, but a lot of the advice felt basic, like things I’d already heard before. After I paid, I started feeling a bit distrustful because I expected it to be more personal or in-depth for the price. It’s not terrible, and it can still be helpful if you just need a small push, but I wouldn’t say it amazed me.

"Somehow the interface makes everything an adventure"
Trying to find things in the app feels way harder than it should, which is impressive in its own little way. The buttons also have that charming “leftover from another decade” look, so yeah, not exactly the smoothest experience

"Good plan, but I felt a little misled"
I signed up for mysimple.us mainly because the personalized plan sounded like it would be really tailored to me. To be fair, it was better than a generic checklist, but I did feel a bit misled because some parts still didn’t quite fit my actual routine.

A few recommendations were off for my schedule, so I ended up changing things myself. The plan was clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated, but I expected it to be more flexible based on how it was presented.
I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s still a solid plan and it helped me get started. I just wish it had been more accurate from the beginning instead of making me feel like I had to fix parts of it on my own...

"Managing my account was easier than I expected"
I had a little trouble logging in at first, but it got sorted out quickly. I’ve dealt with account issues on other sites before where it turned into a whole hassle, so this was a nice change. Overall, managing my account ended up being easy.

"I really wanted this app to work for..."
I really wanted this app to work for me, but it was just a pain to use. Pages took forever to load, some buttons didn’t do anything, and I kept having to go back because things wouldn’t save properly. It all felt kind of messy, and after a while I was just tired of trying to figure out basic stuff. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me, yeah, not a great experience

I used this to learn the basics and it did the job. The lessons were simple enough to follow without feeling overwhelming. I also reached out to support once, and they basically said something like, “Just start with the first few lessons and build from there,” which was actually helpful. Overall, good experience.

"Habit support felt useless, honestly"
I was hoping this would actually help me stick to better habits, but the support felt really weak. Most of what I got was just generic tips and reminders that didn’t really match what I was struggling with. When I asked questions, the replies were slow and didn’t really give me much to work with. I ended up feeling like I was basically on my own, which kind of defeats the purpose, right? Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me it just wasn’t worth it

The app has been really slow for me. Pages take forever to load, and a few times it completely froze when I was just trying to check my account. I had to close and restart it more than once, which gets frustrating fast. It feels like a preventable issue, so it’s not worth the hassle right now.

"Progress tracking works, but something feels a little off"
It works fine overall, but the progress updates feel kind of slow. Like, I’m not saying there’s a secret committee deciding when I’m allowed to see my progress move… but sometimes it really feels that way. It gets the job done, I just wish the tracking was a bit clearer and more immediate.

The prices were easy enough to understand and I didn’t run into any surprise fees, which was nice, I just wish the setup cost had been explained a little more clearly upfront because that part had me double-checking things
